1. The service
Gaadix connects customers with independent drivers for one-way trips, round trips, airport transfers and hourly rentals. Fares shown at booking time are estimates based on the route and package you select; the final fare may vary with actual distance, duration, tolls and state taxes as itemised in your bill.
2. Bookings & cancellations
A booking is confirmed once a driver is assigned. Cancellation is free at any time before a driver accepts, and free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup even once one has. Between 24 and 12 hours before pickup a cancellation charge of 20% of the fare applies, capped at ₹100. Inside 12 hours of pickup the advance is not refunded. 3. Payments
You may pay an advance at booking and the balance to the driver at trip completion, as shown on the payment screen. All amounts are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST where stated.
4. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate pickup details, be reachable on the mobile number used for booking, and treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Unlawful use of the platform may result in account suspension.
